Tariff is per night, based on two sharing.
'Superior Rooms' available at the above rate plus an additional £20.00 per night.
Our recently renovated 'Garden Rooms' are available at the above rates plus an additional £35 per night.
Suites available at the above rates plus an additional £45 per night.
Single occupancy available (-£25).

0-3 - £10.00 per cot per booking
3-11 - £35 per bed per night

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CHECK IN
Guest check in is from 2pm on the day of your arrival.
DEPARTURE
Guest check out is at 10.30am on the day of departure, however should you wish to depart earlier or later please advise us to enable us to make the necessary arrangements.
DEPOSIT
To secure your reservation we will require a £60.00 deposit per room. All deposits are non-refundable.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE YOU AWARE OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations incur forfeiture of deposit.
Further charges are as follows:
-8 weeks plus: No Charge
-3 to 8 weeks: +20% of remaining balance
-1 to 2 weeks: +50% of reaming balance
-1 week to day of arrival +75% of remaining balance
-Day of arrival or No show: +100% balance
With any cancelled accommodation that can be re-let there will be no charge. We do recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance to cover any eventualities that may occur.
