The restaurant is well known locally and has many awards attributed to it. Our Head Chef, maintains a very high standard and concentrates on using as much local produce as possible. He uses locally bred beef & pork from the renowned "Meadow Court Farm" a lady that plays music to her quarry before doing the dastardly deed! and it is not unusual to see a local fisherman dragging a 10lb sea bass through to the kitchen for onward delivery to the table. We, on Guernsey, are lucky to be blessed with an abundance of local sea stock and the Fleur takes full advantage of all these natural resources.
Our Bar Manager Adam, takes great pride in embellishing the awards and inclusions in "CAMRA" by constantly changing our selection of real ales, this together with a carefully prepared Wine List makes for a suitably rewarding culinary experience.
